Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with civil engineering (CE), environmental management, and communications group. Represents Sentinel Directorate with a variety of installation, center, and functional area organizations.Participates in analyzing and making resource (funding, personnel and equipment, power, communication, and space) recommendations concerning facility requirements for workload and project workflows.Maintains all facilities to include upholding professional appearance of facility interior and exterior safety and resource protection and a strict program of documentation.Serves as the appointed Facility Mayor to acquire, operate repairs, maintain, alter, and clean buildings and associated utility, transportation systems and grounds in a manner that provides suitable and productive environment for normal operations and planned contingencies.The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Facility Mayor for the Sentinel Systems Directorate.
